The Z Link was founded by Erifili Gounari, who collaborates with an amazing team of 20+ talented young marketers and designers from around the world to help brands connect with Gen Z through social media strategy, content, consulting, and market research.

Erifili is a 24 year old social media strategist, entrepreneur, and author, based in London. For the past years, she's been working on the social media strategies of many global institutions, brands, and startups. She has a proven track record of helping brands grow on social media by making marketing more human and community-driven. She launched The Z Link in 2020 hoping to bridge the growing gap between brands and Gen Z. Erifili is part of Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, and she regularly provides Gen Z insights and research to publications around the world.
